With nearly twenty years of experience in an extensive range of finance operations, Shenae Outerbridge has worked with a diverse group of professionals and leaders over the course of her career. Meeting with and working with these professionals has allowed Shenae Outerbridge to greatly increase her knowledge and skills allowing her to develop impactful leadership skills of her own.
In her current role, Shenae Outerbridge stands as Controller of International Operations for the Cruise Line International Association.
Cruise Line International Association
Founded over 40 years ago in 1975, Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) has established itself as the largest cruise industry trade association in the world. Throughout the global cruise community, CLIA provides a unified voice and a leading authority to support practices and policies that reflect a safe, healthy, secure, and sustainable environment on cruise ships. With Cruise Line International, Shenae Outerbridge helps promote the cruise experience while educating members and advocating the common interests of the cruise community.
As a leader in the industry, the Cruise Line International Association represents the interests of three significant member groups:
- CLIA represents 60 Member Cruise Lines, which makes up over 95% of the cruise capacity worldwide.
- CLIA represents 300 Executive Partners to help cruising operations run smoothly such as ship development, ports and destinations, business services, suppliers, and more.
- CLIA reprsents some of the largest agencies, franchises, and hosts across the globe including 25,000 Agent Members and 15,000 Global Agencies.
To make all of this possible, the Cruise Line International Association holds 15 offices in different areas all around the world. As Controller of International Operations, Shenae Outerbridge frequently visits these different offices, managing and overseeing personnel and performances. Office locations for CLIA include:
